Delete your account

In the app

Open Pinfolk → your profile → Settings → Delete account. Type DELETE, confirm with the code we email you, and you’re done.

Without the app

Email hello@pinfolkapp.com from the address you use on Pinfolk, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What happens

Right away: you’re signed out and your profile disappears from search, suggestions and mentions. Upcoming plans you host are cancelled and the people going are told.
30 days later: your account is erased — profile, posts, stories, photos and videos, likes, direct messages, RSVPs and saved plans.
Kept for others, without your name or photo: past plans you hosted (so attendees keep their activity), what you wrote in groups and plan chats, and comments that have replies. They show as “Deleted user”.
Changed your mind? Sign in again within the 30 days and choose “Keep my account”.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Pinfolk Plus or Host subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first (see Subscription terms), or the store keeps charging you.
